This privacy policy administers your use of all the services PassTime offers.

The application servicesPassTime provides are to connect users to their favorite sport or activity regardless their location within the United States. All recorded users are public by default, allowing the user to create a session, join a session, or find activity in their area by sharing their location. Each user’s profile also allows the ability to share photos, videos and message between one another.

This privacy policy has been compiled to describe how and when we collect or use your information. It was made to better serve those who are concerned with how their information is being used. Please read the PassTime(“PassTime”, "us", "we", or "our") Privacy Policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your information in accordance with our application, buttons, email notifications, and other possible services that link to this policy.

Information Collected

When registering on our app, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, gender, email address, phone number, location, or other details to help with your experience. As a recorded user, you are provided particular settings options to access, correct, delete, or modify your personal information provided to us in accordance to your account. This also allows you as the user to permanently delete your PassTime account. Upon deactivation, your account will no longer be able to be accessed by you or other PassTime users, although other users may retain copies of your personal information like your recent activity and profile information.

As a feature, PassTime offers individual and group messaging for private communication allowing you to create individual or group sessions and activities with other users. PassTime also allows users to comment on session posts to communicate important details pertaining to the activity created. When using these features, our services will retain those conversations and related information. Please note, comments, private and group messages and information between you and others using the messaging platform can also be copied and shared with the public.

When Information is Collected

We collect information from you when you register on our application or enter information in our application. This information includes registration information, contact information, user activity, location information and public or private posts.

Use of Information

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, operate the application, respond to a survey or marketing communication, or use certain other app features in the following ways:

To personalize your experience and to allow us to deliver the type of content and product offerings in which you are most interested
Develop and test new updates or features
Test and monitor the services provided
Detection, investigation, and prevention of abuse and other illegal activities
To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site features

Information Protection

We only provide articles and information. Currently, we never ask for credit card numbers. Your personal information, including profile information and information such as location, biography, gender, date of birth, and photos are shared within PassTime. This is information you are willing us to share with the public because the app is designed to connect you to other users with similar interests. When you share information such as pictures, videos, or links, be aware what you are sharing will be made public.

We currently do not use cookies for tracking purposes. This is informational only. Cookies may eventually be used within our services and the ‘Privacy Policy’ will be updated at that time.

If you turn cookies off, the features that make your application experience more efficient should not be affected.

Location Information

When using our services we may collect or receive information about your exact location. We may collect this information about the location of your device to retrieve your precise location enhancing your application experience. Using GPS services through cellular data or Wi-Fi services may collect this information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your information. Your information may be shared with third party providers, website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our application, conducting our business, or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. If ever PassTime is involved in a sale, merger, or acquisition of it or any of its assets, information about you may be shared, sold, or transferred as part of the transaction. As a result, this may include sharing information about you with current or future corporations or affiliates.
